Looking For My Own Lone Ranger

This September, Charlie Dore releases ‘Looking For My Own Lone Ranger’ as the first single from her acclaimed current album ‘Cuckoo Hill’.
Charlie wrote the song with Ricky Ross, who included it on his 2002 album ‘This Is The Life’. Subsequently Charlie rediscovered the song, revising the lyric and arrangement to create a more personal feel for ‘Cuckoo Hill’.
The single will be available on CD and for download. It features extra tracks ‘Disremember Me’ (from previous album ‘Sleep All Day’) and ‘Wayward Friend’ (from ‘Cuckoo Hill’).
Charlie Dore plays at the Maidstone Soul Café on Sept 24th and will be announcing more tour dates soon.
Here’s what some of the critics have been saying about ‘Cuckoo Hill’…
