Daniel Wylie - Press release, May 2004
New single ‘Maybe I’ve Changed’ out on June 21st
Glasgow-born singer / songwriter Daniel Wylie releases a brand new single ‘Maybe I’ve Changed’ on Measured Records on June 21st 2004. Picked out by many critics as one of the tastiest ‘pop gems’ on his current album ‘Ramshackle Beauty’, it’s a typically jangly tune with power-choruses that bring Fountains Of Wayne to mind.
Daniel will be back on the road with his band in June to promote the release.
Here’s what some of the reviewers had to say about ‘Ramshackle Beauty’:
“a pop genius unleashing a masterful album” Sunday Times
“delightful west coast jangle” NME
“sunny, uplifting, insuperably catchy” Sunday Telegraph
“positively radiant” Rock Sound
“effortlessly superior pop” Guardian
“record of the summer written all over it” Classic Rock
“catchy guitar pop” Q
